Menu Styles

Considering a formal affair, a recognition dinner, gala or benefit? A traditional multi-course seated dinner allows guests to be lavishly served. Buffet and station-style menus satisfy diverse tastes and put a variety of culinary experiences on display. Carving and interactive cooking stations, unique cultural cuisines and innovative signature desserts can serve as their own visual displays. Is your next gathering an open house, cocktail party or business launch where mingling is the thing to do? A Reception-style menu might be right and by the way, is perfect for a logistically challenged venue. Choose from hors d’oeuvres designed for passing, or fork served appetizer stations ranging from light offerings to dinner-like options. Progressive menus allow an attractive balance between buffet and sit-down service, combining a formal style with ways to mix it up a bit. Wide open, and often focusing on part of a complete dinner or lunch, Specialty menus can feature sweet buffets paired with cappuccino, espresso, and champagne.
